About the Event

ASCE Metropolitan LA Branch, the Asian American Architects and Engineers (AAa/e), and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) LA Chapter are happy to host this year's Engineers Week Panel event which is centered around Future Cities and how infrastructure is currently and will be changing to meet the needs of a future Los Angeles.

Panelists include Anselmo Collins, Senior Assistant General Manager of LADWP and Cris Liban, Chief Sustainability Officer of LA Metro.  The event will be moderated by Paul Lee, Energy Policy Analyst for the City of LA Mayor's Office.

Anselmo Collins oversees LA's Water System that has an annual operating budget of $1.5 billion and serves 4 million people and businesses. Mr. Collins has 28 years of experience with LADWP, and is responsible for serving as leader and steward of the vast system LADWP operates to provide water service to our City.
